Electric Swing Gates With Iroko Hardwood Full Boards ~

Another transformation installation project to be involved in....we were asked to install swing electric gates to improve their current driveway. The customer had an existing 5 bar field gate on manual that they required upgrading to a new hardwood full board gate and to automate the gate with their request of equipment being CAME UK.

‍

The main reason for the upgrade was to improve the overall security of the property and to restrict access of other vehicles.

‍

The customer had two existing gate posts in place that we inspected fully and they were strong with no signs of damage or rot and therefore we were able to use them to hang the new gates.

‍

We installed CAME UK Axo surface motors and CAME UK  Safety photocells. The gate is controlled via CAME UK remote fobs and CAME UK Connect.

‍

Due to the environment being in a windy area we installed a maglock for extra security, this also helps with not putting too much pressure on the motors.

‍

The project was an overall success and ran smoothly, even better to handover the gate to a very pleased customer.
